Poor Richard’s is on the Manteo Waterfront Boardwalk, in the heart of the downtown area. Surrounded by the waters of Shallowbag Bay and Roanoke Sound, Manteo is easily accessible by water. Public boat ramp Edward’s Landing is closest to Poor Richard’s and is located on Queen Elizabeth Street in downtown Manteo, adjacent to the bridge leading to Roanoke Island Festival Park. So come by foot, bike, boat or car, stay for lunch or grab your to-go order and enjoy a stroll around town. And if arriving by boat, be sure to check local weather conditions before heading out for a fun and safe adventure!
Manteo Downtown Social District
Poor Richards is part of the Manteo Downtown Social District which is a specific area where alcoholic beverages, sold by an establishment licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption, may be consumed. The Manteo Downtown Social District operates seven days a week from 10AM to 10PM.
